Are you or have you been plagued by paranormal experiences?
49Dos and Don't when being plagued by the paranormal
Have you ever wondered what was going bump in the night in your home, work or school? There is several things you can do, but I warn you to be careful. When dealing with paranormal activity (definition of paranormal: an open term that means anything that can not be explained scientifically) you have to keep your wits about you. Here is a list of do's and definitely don'ts on dealing with the paranormal.
- Do try to debunk noises and possible shadows
- Do try and have the location (if possible) blessed
- Do call in professionals to view and spend time at the location
- Take over your location. Gather all that live in the location, make sure you all agree, and together tell the entity that this is your home and they are not welcome
- You can try and investigate yourself, but make sure you are careful and view the don't list
The following is not a good idea when trying to take back your location.
- Do not use a Ouija board. Many people unknowing can bring an entity good or bad to the location when none is actually present, I warn against this practice.
- Do not take excessive EVP's. Believe it or not, when you become addicted to taking EVP's in some cases you can bring the entities to your location even if there is none present. I actually know of a case where a woman had heard of someone dying in her home and after this knowledge, she began doing EVP's. She ended up spending 40 to 80 hours a week doing EVP's. She no longer went out with her friends, her marriage began to fail, she became extremely depressed and ended up bring many entities to her home that would have never been there had she not dabbled in EVP's.
- Do not try and expel a possible demonic entity alone. This kind of haunting, in this case I am using this term loosely, is not something an amature can do. You need a pro that knows what to do. Seek help from a professional.
I do not want to stop paranormal investigation nor ghost hunting. Not at all. Please if this interests you, by all means, try it. Just please read some trustworthy information on this type of work before you go out. I hope this helps someone.

Well, in this case, please write some more about your experiences when you have the inclination. I think I don't believe in this, because it's easier than to believe in it. But if there is such a thing as paranormal activity, I guess I should just face it.
Also, it would be pretty great to read something on your ancestors some day.
Wish you the best.
I haven't been plagued by paranormal experiences--but I have seen a goblin and a white lady when I was a teenager. I got the impression that they don't mind our existence as long as we don't mind theirs. The goblin was peeping at me from behind a low tree but quickly hid from view when it noticed that I was staring at him (with disbelieving eyes, of course). The white lady was looking at the full moon with her face turned away from me. She was floating in the air and wearing a long white gown. She was just white smoke shaped like a woman. I wasn't scared in both encounters, just amazed.

No, personally I don't believe in ghosts, but I know some people whose life is actually very much under the influence of such phenomena.
You know, I don't know what to tell a person when they say something like they've been haunted by demons since childhood.
