This phone is a text messenger's dream. The buttons are larger than the standard cell phone. It is designed just like a keyboard. All the functions are easy to find. Its a flip-style phone slightly smaller than a deck of cards and thinner. The case colors come in black or purple. The the purple color has delicate flower design. The LG Lotus phone has a built in camera and camcorder. The picture quality is so clear it looks like a digital camera. Some of the other features are like many phones, easy on line ability, download of music, the watching of TV, etc. It comes with a charger that is USB connected and an adapter for plugging in to a wall outlet. The charging of the unit is incredible. It only took less than two hours to fully charge. If you use the phone for just calls and texting, and if you shut off the unit at night and turn it on in the morning, the battery will last you three days before you need a charge. Of course, if you go on line and download the battery life is shorter, but it still lasts more than one day. My husband texts me more than a hundred times a day not to mention others. The end of the day, still charged.

The interior screen is large and clear. I purchased one when I upgraded from my razr phone through Sprint. The price is great. The price is a minimum $99.99 with a new two year contract or phone line. I have had mine for less than a month and because I rarely use my cell phone for phone calls I wanted a phone that made texting easier. This is definitely it. I can text in less the time it took me on my other phone. Another wonderful feature that gives me chuckles is the announcement of an incoming text. A woman's voice announces it. Just to cute.

I realize that this phone is new to the market, however, I have spoken to many that own this unit. All I get is rave reviews. I recommend this phone to all the texters out there. You will not be sorry.
